About Facilities/Reservation/Check-in

・Minimum stay for three consecutive days; room cleaning is arranged every three days; additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request, with a charge of HK$1000 each time.

About Check-in/Check-out 
  • Check-in - Please enter the hotel between 15:00 and 19:00.
  • Check-out - Please check-out by 10:00.
Cancellation Fee
  • 14 days before the reservation - 20% of the total amount of the reservation 
  • 7 days before the reservation - 50% of the total amount of the reservation 
  • 5 days before the reservation - 70% of the total amount of the reservation 
  • 0-4 days/no show/no show, or no contact - 100% of the total amount of the reservation
If you are late for the reservation due to force majeure, please contact us as soon as you know it. If there is no contact and you have not checked in 120 minutes after the reservation time, it will be considered as an unwarranted cancellation. All reservations must be paid in full within 3 days of booking, and the room will be reserved for you.

Early Bird Offer Terms and Conditions

Because the customer uses the early bird offer, the room reservation will not be cancelled or refunded. However, the check-in date can be changed, but it must be subject to the same room availability. If there is no room available on the other date after the change, the customer cannot complain or have any refund disputes. The prepaid amount can be reserved for other days.
