Cancellation Fee * 14 days before the reservation - 20% of the total amount of the reservation * 7 days before the reservation - 50% of the total amount of the reservation * 5 days before the reservation - 70% of the total amount of the reservation * 0-4 days/no show/no show, or no contact - 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Check-in - Please enter between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out - Please check-out before 10:00.

Because the customer uses the early bird discount, the room reservation will not be cancelled or refunded. However, the check-in date can be changed, but it must be subject to the same room availability. If there is no room available on the other date after the change, the customer cannot complain or have any refund disputes. The prepaid amount can be used on other days.
